- Pricing: All prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical glitch, Mohasbeza shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
- Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to verify information or limit quantities before shipping.
3. Payments (Chapa)
- We use Chapa Financial Technologies as our primary payment gateway.
- By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount including any applicable delivery fees.
- We accept telebirr, CBE Birr, and major Credit/Debit Cards. Transactions are processed securely; Mohasbeza does not store your sensitive financial data.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling 5,000 Birr or more qualify for free shipping within our standard delivery zones. Orders below this threshold will be subject to a delivery fee calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Areas: We currently prioritize delivery within Addis Ababa. If you are ordering from outside this area, please contact us before placing your order.
- Delivery Times: While we strive for “same-day” or “next-day” delivery, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Mohasbeza is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors.
5. Product Representation
- We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. (Colors of any products or fresh produce may vary slightly from photos).
6. Prohibited Use
You are prohibited from:
- Using the site for any fraudulent purposes.
- Attempting to “scrape” data or bypass security features.
