Flour KOJJ (50kg) is a premium wheat flour produced by K.O.JJ Food Processing Complex P.L.C, one of the largest family-owned food manufacturers in Ethiopia.  Established in 1994 E.C., the company operates a flour milling plant in Asko, Addis Ababa, with a daily capacity of 140 tons. 

This 50kg sack of KOJJ wheat flour is made from high-quality milled wheat kernels and is widely used for baking bread, cakes, biscuits, pasta, and injera blends.  It is known for its fine texture, consistent quality, and strong gluten content, making it ideal for both commercial bakeries and household use.
